In just a few minutes, you will trigger the autonomic nervous system and unlock a flurry of cold plunge benefits with this ancient practice. Speed up muscle and injury recovery, reduce inflammation, and improve overall sleep. The temperature is set at approximately 55 degree and can be adjusted if requested.

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify The Spa at Carneros at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Changes or cancellations due to delayed travel or traffic will result in shortened treatments or a full charge for missed treatments.
